Advanced Patterns
This course covers fabrication and installation skills used in the production of custom wood flooring design. Students will study examples of artistic wood floor elements including geometric patterns, color variations and inclusion of materials other than wood. Students will create a design pattern for a custom wood floor medallion and use the techniques presented to complete the medallion.
